Nancy is a Baltimore native with over 25 years of business and management
experience. She helps to direct the daily operations and handles the company
finances. She has 19 years of staffing industry experience. Her vision and
dedication have helped to build the company’s foundation. Her community
involvement and generous giving have made her a positive role model for any
young and striving entrepreneur. Nancy is an alumna of Notre Dame.

Jennifer is the company co-founder. Her main focus for the past seven years
has been handling the company’s sales and recruiting. She received
her Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing
Association in 2007. She has served as the co-chair of the Human Resources
Committee for the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer is also
involved with the Chesapeake Human Resources Society, SHRM, the Maryland
Staffing Association and the Hunt Valley Business Forum. She too is a Baltimore
native and is a graduate of Maryvale Preparatory School and Towson University.

Joe brings his talent, dedication, hard work and commitment to work with

Joe has a tremendous background in Sales and Marketing making him an excellent
recruiter. Although he has received numerous awards and recognitions for
his hard work, he says he values the “Thank You” cards he receives
from his clients and candidates more than any plaque or award.
Joe grew up in Northern Baltimore County where he currently resides with
his wife and two dogs. Joe earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Finance
from Towson University.

Scott is a Gulf War Veteran. His military experience has given
him the discipline and drive to succeed in any arena. Scott was born and raised
on the Eastern Shore and is the middle of six children. He now splits his time
between Baltimore and the Eastern Shore cultivating business for All-Pro. With
the combination of many years in the customer service industry and military background
he exudes determination and persistence. Scott also volunteers for Big Brothers
Big Sisters and in his spare time he enjoys golfing.
