The temps are on our payroll, thus we handle the administrative fees, payroll taxes, workers comp, professional liability and benefits. The workforce management services provided by us are absorbed into the temp fees. Though the cost may be higher, it frees up the time you need to concentrate on your core business. You can use our temp service to cover for regular employees who are sick or on vacation. Or you may use our service if you have a temporary burst in business activity. Using our services helps to maintain control of your workload.
TEMP-to-PERM
We also offer temp-to-perm hires, a try before you buy option. You can't go wrong, especially since there is no charge until a candidate is chosen. The temp-to-hire gives you the opportunity to evaluate the employee's performance before offering a permanent position. Should the employee not be satisfactory, we handle the delicate situation of terminating the assignment. If you decide to hire the temp, our placement fee is waived after 500 working hours (approximately 3 months).
PERM PLACEMENTS
We also staff direct hire permanent positions. The advantages for using All-Pro for your perm placements needs are quite simple, we save you time and money. Ads are expensive and sorting through resumes and pre-screening candidates is time consuming, costing the company additional money. We are able to provide a pool of pre-screened candidates best suited and qualified to fill your open positions.
